Handyman Services - Pricing

  • We charge $59.00 per hour for our Handyman Service

  • There is a Travel Fee & Hour Minimum Based on Mileage -

    • O to 10 mi.- $25.00 travel fee with 2 hour minimum = $143.00

    • 10 to 20 mi. $35.00 travel fee with 4 hour minimum = $271.00

    • 20 to 30 mi. $45.00 travel fee with 6 hour minimum = $399.00

    • 30 to 49 mi $55.00 travel fee with 8 hour minimum = $527.00

  • We charge cost + 15% on all materials that we provide

Handyman Services - Warranty

Best Home Improvements NW warrants that all work will be performed in a profesional manner and that there will be no defects in workmanship.  The Contractor will perform the necessary labor to repair or replace any defective work at no cost to the customer.  This warranty covers a 12-month period from date of final payment for work performed. Any building materials, parts or fixtures that we provide, such as roofing, hardware, appliances, etc. carry manufacturer's warranty only.  Any labor required to replace such defective materials will be billable by the Contractor.  The Contractor also warrants that all labor, materials, and taxes will be paid for, and there will be no potential lien claimants upon completion of this work with final payment by the customer. THIS WARRANTY IS GIVEN IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS, MERCHANTABILITY OR HABITABILITY OTHERWISE PROVIDED UNDER THE LAWS OF WASHINGTON STATE.
